Baked potatoes in mustard: a simple and tasty side dish

If you need not an independent dish, but a side dish for something meaty, you can safely use the recipe for baked potatoes with mustard. It is also tasty, juicy, with a bright taste, fragrant – a wonderful addition to the main dish!

So, how do you cook baked mustard potatoes? You will need the most common set of products and it will take about an hour to prepare the dish – and let’s say right away that this time is worth it to wait until a dish with an aroma appears from the oven that instantly whets the appetite and calls to the table.

Potato – 1 kg
Mustard (in the form of a sauce, not spicy) – 50-70 g
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Salt – to taste
Vegetable oil – 2-3 tbsp. spoons
Greens (parsley, dill) for serving – to taste.

Cooking method:

Peel potatoes, wash, cut into slices.
Dip the potatoes in boiling water and boil for 5-10 minutes (after boiling).
Turn on the oven to preheat.
Peel the garlic, crush with a garlic press and mix with mustard.
Pour vegetable oil into a baking dish. Put the potatoes in the form, add mustard with garlic. Right in the mold, thoroughly mix the potatoes with mustard and butter. Salt.
Bake potatoes in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 40-50 minutes. Wash greens and cut.

Put the finished potatoes on a dish and sprinkle with herbs.
