Almond milk 2 cups
Seeds of chia1, 5 tablespoons
Lemon zest1 piece
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Honey to taste
INSTRUCTIONS FOR COOKING 10 HOURS PRINT OUT
1. Put the milk, chia seeds and cinnamon in a bowl and mix vigorously. Chia seeds quickly absorb moisture, so make sure that they do not stick together.
2. Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Before serving, mix well again, pour into transparent glasses, put a little honey on top and garnish with lemon zest. (you need the zest of 1 lemon)
